Isuzu Philippines Corp. (IPC) has expanded its pickup truck lineup with the launch of the D-MAX LS 4×2 AT, offering the new variant at an introductory price of P1.549 million until December 31, 2026.
The model targets professionals, entrepreneurs and families seeking a pickup that can accommodate daily commuting, business operations and leisure activities, broadening Isuzu’s offerings between utility-oriented work vehicles and premium lifestyle pickups.
“We understand that our customers today are taking on many roles, from building their careers and businesses to providing for their families and pursuing the things that allow them to live a fuller life,” IPC President Mikio Tsukui said.
The D-MAX LS 4×2 AT is powered by an RZ4E Blue Power turbodiesel engine paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. Its equipment includes a 4.2-inch multi-information display that provides fuel economy readings and other driving data.
Cabin features include rear air-conditioning vents and a 10.1-inch infotainment system supporting navigation and entertainment. The pickup also comes with 17-inch alloy wheels fitted with high-profile tires.
Safety and driver-assistance features include a reverse camera, Electronic Stability Control, Hill Start Assist and Hill Descent Control. The stability system adjusts engine output and braking to help maintain control, while the hill-assistance functions support drivers when starting on inclines and descending slopes.
The braking package incorporates an anti-lock braking system, electronic brake distribution and brake assist, providing additional support during different driving conditions.
IPC said the new variant combines fuel efficiency, comfort and versatility to address the needs of customers balancing personal and professional responsibilities.
The company is also highlighting its nationwide dealer network, which provides access to parts, maintenance and aftersales services throughout ownership.
With its introductory pricing scheduled to run through year-end, the D-MAX LS 4×2 AT adds another option for buyers considering an automatic-transmission pickup. Its appeal will depend on how customers weigh the acquisition price, operating costs, cabin amenities and utility against competing models in the Philippine market.
