PH1 World Developers Inc., a unit of publicly listed Megawide Construction Corp., has launched two new projects worth P11 billion meant to disrupt the vertical and horizontal space in greater Metro Manila.
“We promise disruption and, with our DNA of innovation, we bring you developments that give you extra: extra space, extra convenience, and extra value,” Gigi Alcantara, company president, said.
Megawide is the designer and constructor of both projects.
Landscapes, PH1’s maiden entry into horizontal housing in San Jose Del Monte in Bulacan, is a 337-unit development with estimated sales value of P1.9 billion and land area of more than 46,000 square meters using green home technologies.
“Landscapes SJDM is our foray into horizontal development. We want to show that a sustainable, green lifestyle is accessible to every Filipino at any market segment. Not only that, through Megawide’s engineering technologies such as precast, we can ensure higher quality, consistency, and durability in terms of construction,” Eric Gregor Tan, general manager at PH1 Landscapes, said.
Its units in Northscapes will be equipped with 2.25 KW capacity solar panels. Streetlights and amenities will also be solar powered. Units consist of the single-attached Elia, the townhouse end-unit Salana, and the middle unit townhouse called Alba. All will have two storeys with three bedrooms each and priced from P3 million to P8 million.
In the pipeline for horizontal development is a project in Trece Martires, Cavite.
Aside from Luzon, PH1 World Landscapes is also looking at projects in the Visayas, particularly in Cebu.
For its vertical development, the company is selling Modan Lofts Ortigas Hills, which has estimated sales value of P8.7 billion.
Located in Taytay, Rizal, Modan has 986 residential units in a lot area of around 16,500 square meters. The units range from studio, one and two bedrooms, and are priced from P5 million to P10 million.
The extra space is made possible through the company’s loft technology, developed in partnership with Megawide. It was first introduced in earlier vertical project, My Enso Lofts, located in Timog, Quezon City.
“AddLoft increases the total volume of livable space by up to 38 percent through a specific loft structure that maximizes the high ceilings of each unit,” the company said.
