Filinvest Land Inc. on Tuesday opened its second shopping mall in Dumaguete positioned as the city’s premier destination for everyday convenience and for special occasions.
The new mall along the famed Dumaguete Bay has 3,759 square meters of gross leasable area.
Filinvest Malls Dumaguete offers relaxing coastal views and boasts of an extensive lineup of local and national brands that cater to the diverse tastes and preferences of Dumagueteños.

Filinvest Malls Dumaguete is FLI’s second mall in the Visayas after IL Corso in Cebu City which offers 18,049 square meters of gross leasable area in City di Mare, South Road Properties.
Filinvest Malls’ portfolio of properties include the Festival Mall in Alabang, Main Square in Cavite, Fora Mall in Tagaytay, as well as select retail areas within FLI’s residential communities.
Filinvest Land is expanding its commercial portfolio of malls, offices, and industrial developments to complement its residential business.

National and regional brands that opened their first stores in Dumaguete City include UCC Cafe Terrace, The Medical City Clinic, Bigby’s, Power Mac Center, Island Souvenirs, Joneco Tech, Salon de Rose and Filinvest Land Inc. Showroom, while Executive Optical, Haru Photo Studio, iStore Service Center, Interpace Computer Systems, Kids Paradise, Liquid Flask, Lixx, V Spa, Vinci Aesthetic Clinic and Watsons are also part of the roster of tenants.
Popular food outlets at the mall include the Potato Corner, Jamaican Patties, Bongbong’s Piaya and Barquillos, Gong Cha, Japabites, Kettle Corn, Waffle Time, Cantina 13, Yscoop Cafe, and Turks.
