Dream Precision Tech Corporation has registered as an ecozone export enterprise with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), with operations to be located at the Lima Technology Center – Special Economic Zone.
The Registration Agreement was signed on March 30 by PEZA Director General Tereso O. Panga and company president Gang Liu.
The project carries an initial investment of P100 million, largely earmarked for machinery and equipment to support the manufacturing and processing of precision tools and metal products for export.
Dream Precision Tech said its output will cater to a range of industries, including semiconductors, automotive, medical and optical devices, hydrogen energy, power generation, and automation machinery.
The company expects to create more than 130 jobs during its incentivized period and projects average annual export revenues exceeding USD3 million, contributing to the country’s overall export performance.
PEZA said the registration aligns with its push to attract export-oriented, technology-driven investments that will strengthen the Philippines’ manufacturing base and deepen its integration into global supply chains.
