Arthaland Corp. projects to earn P12 billion from Sondris, its premium residential development in Makati City. Developed in partnership with Japan’s major real estate firm Mitsui Fudosan Co., the 37-story tower taps into strong demand for sustainable high-end properties.
Since its launch in January, unit prices have risen by roughly 5 percent. One-bedroom units, originally priced at P21 million, now sell for P22 million. The project offers 252 units across four types, ranging from 46-square-meter one-bedroom homes to 230-square-meter garden residences, with larger units including a special Sun Room feature. Sales show individual buyers prefer smaller units, while wealthy families from southern Metro Manila opt for three-bedroom homes costing around P72 million. Two-bedroom units make up half of the supply and form most of what remains available.
Located along Arnaiz Avenue in Legazpi Village, the site once held the Atlas Land building. Sondris is designed to meet top local and international green and wellness standards, targeting certifications under LEED, WELL, EDGE, and BERDE frameworks. This highlights how sustainable design is becoming a key selling point in the Philippine luxury real estate market, supporting both investor returns and broader environmental goals.
