The Edgewise Energy Saving Solution has achieved a remarkable 4.2 percent reduction in energy consumption, highlighting the effectiveness of Qualcomm’s advanced technology in supporting telecom operators like Globe in their environmental and operational goals.
This initiative enables Globe to enhance the energy efficiency of its existing RAN equipment, ultimately reducing carbon emissions and operational expenditures.
Qualcomm’s solution employs sophisticated AI and machine learning algorithms to optimize energy-saving activities at the cellular level while ensuring a seamless user experience.
