AC Health is strengthening its push into integrated outpatient care with the opening of the Healthway Multi-Specialty Center One Ayala, its flagship facility and 18th multi-specialty clinic, as demand grows for accessible, hospital-grade healthcare outside traditional hospitals.
The new center, which opened on July 6 to coincide with Healthway Medical Network’s 28th anniversary, anchors the company’s strategy of bringing comprehensive primary and specialty care closer to businesses, communities and patients while easing pressure on overcrowded hospitals.
Healthway Clinics Chief Operating Officer Edwin Magsino said the expansion is far from over, with two more multi-specialty centers scheduled to open by 2027, including facilities in LIMA Estate in Lipa-Malvar this August and McKinley West in Bonifacio Global City.
The One Ayala facility is the largest in the Healthway network, housing 14 consultation rooms, more than 100 on-site physicians, an ambulatory surgery center with two operating theaters, an endoscopy unit, a 12-chair dialysis center, women’s health services, rehabilitation and physical therapy, cardiac diagnostics, imaging, laboratory services, dental care and a dedicated vaccination hub.
“This is our biggest Healthway Multi-Specialty Center to date,” said Healthway Medical Network Retail Operations Head Nicole Bautista, adding that the clinic was designed to deliver hospital-quality outpatient care while providing seamless referrals to the Healthway Cancer Care Hospital and other AC Health facilities.

AC Health Chief Health Officer Dr. Beverly Ho said the flagship center reflects the group’s patient-centered approach as it works toward its goal of reaching one in five Filipinos by 2030 through an integrated healthcare network supported by 2,800 physicians nationwide.
Complementing the facility is St. Joseph Drug powered by SUGI, which includes a dedicated prescription lane for Healthway patients to speed up medicine dispensing.
The expansion reflects a broader shift in healthcare delivery, with providers investing in comprehensive outpatient centers that offer specialized services once found mainly in hospitals, improving convenience for patients while helping make healthcare more accessible and efficient.
