Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) is preparing 11 new projects worth an estimated P25 billion in sales value as the Visasyas-Mindanao developer replenishes residential inventory following a 95-percent sell-out rate across its portfolio.
The pipeline covers more than 5,600 units across key markets in the Visayas and Mindanao, positioning CLI for another round of launches as it seeks to sustain sales and future revenue growth.
Leading the pipeline is the P2.88-billion Alto Ranudo, a 20-storey premium residential tower along V. Ranudo Street in Cebu City offering 389 studio and one-bedroom units, commercial spaces, and amenities.
“Strong take-up across our portfolio gives us confidence to bring fresh inventory into markets where we continue to see genuine housing demand,” CLI President and CEO Jose Franco Soberano said.
“Alto Ranudo starts that next wave of launches while staying true to what we know best, creating developments that are grounded in the character and needs of the communities we serve,” he added.
CLI said the remaining 10 developments will be rolled out as it focuses on converting its project pipeline into sales and future revenues while maintaining disciplined execution and regulatory compliance.
Alto Ranudo has secured a conditional license to sell from the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development.
The project is also CLI’s first residential development under CLIMAC Ventures Inc., its joint venture with Martinez Agricultural Corp.
The expansion follows CLI’s recognition as Best Developer in the Philippines at the 14th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, where it also won Best Housing Developer, Best Developer–Visayas, and Best Developer–Mindanao.
CLI currently has 132 projects across 18 cities in the Visayas and Mindanao.
