PhilWeb Corp., a listed gaming company, is expanding its footprint in the Philippines’ regulated digital gaming market after investee JKS Tech Solutions secured an exclusive partnership with international gaming content provider MegaWin.
The deal will give licensed Philippine gaming operators access to MegaWin’s interactive gaming portfolio through JKS’s business-to-business (B2B) platform, adding to PhilWeb’s growing network of technology-enabled gaming services.
PhilWeb is expected to own a 30 percent stake in JKS upon completion of its investment transaction. Under the partnership, JKS will provide hosted services through remote technology infrastructure and application programming interface (API)-enabled integration, allowing domestic partners to offer MegaWin content to end users.
Services are targeted to launch in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and contractual arrangements.
“The MegaWin partnership secured by JKS builds on the momentum of our recent agreements and is another step in PhilWeb’s long-term strategy of expanding its technology-enabled gaming services business,” Chairman Lance Y. Gokongwei said.
The agreement follows PhilWeb’s recently announced exclusive arrangements with global content providers Pragmatic Play and Games Global, extending its push to diversify offerings for the regulated Philippine market.
PhilWeb’s interconnected B2B ecosystem includes Okada Manila, Hann Online, NUSTAR Online, FBM Philippines, NWR Play and PT Gaming. The company expects the expanded content lineup to strengthen operator relationships and create opportunities as more partners adopt its hosted services.
MegaWin’s portfolio includes mobile-first slot titles, fishing games and platform tools, supported by single-API integration, multi-currency architecture and multiple language options.
For PhilWeb, the latest deal adds another international content provider to its platform strategy while advancing its goal of building recurring revenue streams from licensed operators. However, the commercial upside will depend on regulatory clearances, launch execution, and operator adoption.
The partnership marks another step in PhilWeb’s effort to connect global gaming suppliers with local operators through a scalable technology platform.
