Maya has again earned a spot among the Best Companies to Work for in Asia at the 2026 HR Asia Awards, securing the prestigious recognition for the second year in a row. The leading Philippine digital financial services provider also retained its Tech Empowerment honor and added a new distinction, the People Transformation Award, bringing its total to three awards this year.
Only 44 companies in the Philippines were selected this year from 160 surveyed organizations. “Being recognized again is meaningful because building a good workplace takes continuous effort,” said Maya Group Chief People Officer Charee Lanza. “These awards reflect the work of our teams.”
Maya invests in structured career and leadership programs, hands-on learning, and training in emerging technologies including AI. The company also uses employee feedback to improve policies, alongside well-being and engagement initiatives. These latest distinctions reinforce Maya’s standing as an employer of choice while it grows as the country’s leading payments, banking, and credit platform.
