Two Ayala Land Inc. properties have earned spots in Robb Report Philippines’ 2026 Best of the Best selections, putting Park Central Towers in Makati and Lagen Island in El Nido among the publication’s picks for standout luxury experiences.
Park Central Towers, developed by Ayala Land Premier, was recognized in real estate, while Lagen Island in Palawan was cited in travel. The selections were published on Oct. 15.
Robb Report highlighted Park Central Towers for its spacious design, landscaped open areas and extensive amenities in the heart of Makati’s central business district.
The 15,860-square-meter development features gardens, four sky terraces in each tower and about 6,900 square meters of amenities and common areas, along with a three-storey retail podium.
Its residences feature floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Makati. Select units offer double-height spaces, semi-private elevator access and private plunge pools and decks. The development is located at the intersection of Paseo de Roxas and Makati Avenue, across from Ayala Triangle Gardens.
Lagen Island, meanwhile, was recognized for its refreshed resort experience against the limestone cliffs, rainforest and waters of Bacuit Bay.
Robb Report cited the resort’s transformation, which includes fewer rooms and a wider stretch of beach, while retaining its Filipino architectural character and incorporating local craftsmanship and indigenous design elements.
The resort offers experiences ranging from open-air movie nights on the beach to creative sessions with local artists and the preparation of small bamboo boats as offerings of gratitude to the sea.
The recognition adds to Lagen Island’s recent run of international hospitality accolades. In September, the resort received Two MICHELIN Keys in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide hotel selection.
Ayala Land Hospitality said the MICHELIN recognition followed a year-long transformation aimed at refining Lagen Island’s spaces and guest experiences while deepening its connection to Filipino craftsmanship.
Together, the two honors underscore Ayala Land’s positioning of its portfolio across both high-end urban residential development and destination hospitality.
