Angkas, the pioneering motorcycle ride-hailing service in the country, has rolled out initiatives aimed at augmenting their driver partners’ supplemental income.

The weekend market offers a wide range of products for their partner riders and their families, aimed at providing additional livelihood opportunities.
The program also serves as a platform for the broader community to access high-quality goods at attractive prices and discounts.
Angkas extends its support by offering riders and their wives free use of stalls to sell their products.
This initiative not only empowers the riders of Angkas by allowing them to enhance brand recognition for their products but also enables them to reach a supportive local customer base.
“With the holiday season fast approaching, we encourage the community to support our riders and their families by exploring their unique offerings at this weekend market,” George Royeca, chief executive of Angkas said.
“By making a purchase, you’re not only acquiring unique items and tasting delicious food but also contributing to the local economy, supporting these small-scale entrepreneurs,” he added.
The Angkas Weekend Market is scheduled on select weekends from 19 November to 31 December 2023 at the Angkas Cainta Office.

Angkas has over eight million app downloads and a network of 50,000 biker-partners.
